今日、BFJのレッスン直前に出席カードをどこになおしたかわからんくなってしまい、レッスン中ずっと記憶をたどってました。

そしたらピッカーン！ありかを思い出しレッスンが終わったらすぐに取りに行こう！と　…一階から三階まで会談を駆け上がろうとしたら　…

はい！こけたっ！！

両すね階段の角ぶつけたっ↓↓痛すぎる…

ほんま階段を上る時は急がず焦らずがお勧めです。
