足が・・・

昨日お仕事の練習でストンプをしたのですが・・・

身体を叩いて音を出すのです。

叩く場所とは、太もも、手、胸なのですがある場所に変化が・・・

太ももに内出血が・・・詳しくはアイカのブログに写真がありますが大変なことになってます。

残念ながらちょっと間ホットパンツやスカートがはけません・・・。
